Marders in Bridgehampton, NY is seeking a Landscape Estimator (full-time) to prepare detailed estimates for landscape construction projects. The role combines field awareness with estimating expertise to turn designs into profitable, executable plans, collaborating with design, production, and leadership teams.

Position Summary

The Landscape Estimator plays a key role in the success of our projects and operations. This individual
will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for landscape construction projects by analyzing plans,
specifications, site conditions, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
The ideal candidate combines field awareness with strong operational and estimating skills and
understands how to turn a landscape architect’s vision into a profitable, executable project while
maintaining Marders standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex project “puzzles,” identifying details others may
miss, and collaborating closely with design, production, and leadership teams throughout the planning
process

Key Responsibilities
