Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction estimating
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software platforms such as Aspire, LMN, Bluebeam, Salesforce or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape construction estimates, proposals, and bid packages
• Analyze plans, specifications, site conditions, and project documentation
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis for labor, materials, equipment, irrigation, lighting, planting, and hardscape
• Coordinate pricing with vendors, nurseries, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits to identify logistical considerations and potential project challenges
• Collaborate with Design and Production teams to support efficient project execution
• Review project scope to support profitability and operational efficiency
• Maintain organized estimating records, budgets, and supporting documentation
