Job summary

Steadfast Contractors Alliance in Tampa seeks an Order Entry & Estimating Specialist to support landscape construction operations. You will accurately enter project data, assist with detailed cost estimates, and coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort with drawings and specs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in estimating or data entry in construction, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with takeoff

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in estimating, order entry, or administrative support in construction or landscaping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Experience with estimating or takeoff software preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, DynaSCAPE, Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate project and order data in company systems
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for landscape construction projects (materials, labor, equipment)
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to support estimating efforts

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry & Estimating Specialist to support our landscape construction operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering project data, assisting with cost estimates, and coordinating closely with project managers, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with technical drawings and specifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range (Tampa, FL): $20 – $28 per hour
