Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking Landscaping Enhancements Crew Members to join a family-owned, growth-focused team in Nashville, TN. The role is full-time, year-round, typically Monday to Friday 7 AM–4 PM, with weekends off.

You will be responsible for installing plants, mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, and related tasks essential to landscape enhancements. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing plants and other hard materials.
• Cutting lawns with power mowers.
• Trimming and edging with edger/trimmer.
• Operating a gas-powered blower.
• Trimming shrubs and low trees for growth or removal of damaged leaves/branches.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass onto burlap and onto a truck or trailer.
• Weeding by hand or with a garden hoe.
• Adhering to safety standards and using proper equipment.
