Job summary

The Greenery, Inc. is seeking an Enhancement Manager to oversee overall production of enhancements work at the Hardeeville branch. You will ensure projects finish on time and within budget while upholding company quality standards.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to guarantee client satisfaction, manage staff, and exploit software systems to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple landscape enhancement projects.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and coordinate schedules.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies of the company are enforced.
• Foster collaboration to enhance teamwork and problem-solving.
• Interview, hire, support recruiting, training and development of staff
• Oversee daily workflow of the department
• Forecast and manage labor and equipment needs
• Coordinate and schedule sub-contractors
• Communicate and meet with clients as needed
• Manage inventory and ensure quality control on received/install products
• Meet project budgets and conduct pre-construction reviews with managers
• Utilize Aspire and other integrated software systems
• Work with HR on staffing, promotions, actions, and training needs
