Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Manager to join the Hilton Head Maintenance team. This role oversees enhancement projects from production through customer satisfaction, balancing budgets and driving profitability at the branch level.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining project cost controls, and coordinating with teams to hit sales objectives while ensuring quality on site.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience managing others on the production level.
• Two years of experience in sales and customer service for service customers.
• Two years of experience managing production of service work and running multiple projects.
• At least one year estimating enhancement-type work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, sales, and customer satisfaction of branch enhancement projects.
• Manage budgets, develop field leadership, and drive profitability.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to meet branch goals.
• Develop profitable estimates for enhancement work to hit sales objectives.
• Prepare job packages and billings for enhancement jobs.
• Monitor job costs and communicate with field managers to control hours and costs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and address customer concerns.
• Recruit and staff production crews; schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials.
• Provide training sessions and certifications for staff; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain branch facilities, fleet, and equipment to reflect company image.
• Prospect for leads and input them into the branch prospecting system.
