GroundSystems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape & Enhancements Crew Leader to supervise a small crew in the Tri-County area. This hands-on role focuses on quality, safety, and efficiency while delivering maintenance, enhancements, and seasonal work.

You'll train crew members, oversee daily operations, and ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained. The position offers year-round, full-time employment with benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license with no violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to speak and understand basic English
• Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and work overtime as needed
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Enhancements Crew Leaders for our Tri-County location. This hands-on role involves leading a crew of 1–4 employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
