Job summary

GroundSystems in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring Drivers: Landscaping Crew Members – No CDL Required. Join a fast-growing, locally-owned company focused on quality and career growth.

You will mow, trim, plant, prune, drive trucks, and support snow/ice management. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.
