Job summary

GroundSystems is seeking an experienced Landscape & Enhancements Crew Leader for the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role leads a crew of 1–4, oversees daily operations, ensures quality, efficiency and safety, and maintains equipment and vehicles.

The ideal candidate has prior landscaping and crew leadership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. OT and seasonal snow-related duties may apply. Yard safety gear and PPE are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with no violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.
• Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and work overtime as needed.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities
