Qualifications

• No landscaping experience? Paid, hands-on training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Basic English communication and teamwork.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Drivers may be considered if you have a valid license (no CDL required).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• New hires will join a year-round, full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Prune and maintain landscape beds.
• Lay sod and apply fertilizers.
• Operate and care for landscaping tools and power equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Assist with snow and ice management in winter.

What You'll Do

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you'll help create and maintain attractive, healthy landscapes for our commercial clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Pruning and maintaining landscape beds
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers
• Operating and caring for landscaping tools and power equipment
• Keeping work areas clean and safe
• Helping with snow and ice management during winter

Interested in driving? Qualified team members may also drive company trucks and trailers to job sites. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required. No CDL is needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Basic English communication skills
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team

For driving positions, applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
