This hands-on role requires reliable leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to operate standard landscaping equipment. The successful candidate will work outdoors year-round and may need overtime, with opportunities for career advancement and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with no violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.
• Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., outdoor work, and overtime as needed.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities
