Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks an experienced Landscape & Enhancements Crew Leader to supervise a 1–4 person crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality, efficiency and safety on our Tri-County sites.

This hands-on role requires operating landscaping equipment, training crew members, tracking hours, and maintaining high standards. We offer year-round, full-time employment with strong benefits, uniforms, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with no violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.
• Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and work overtime as needed.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members.
• Perform landscape maintenance and enhancements, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Ensure job site quality, productivity, and safety.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Track employee hours and job activities using a mobile device.
