Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead landscape enhancement projects, oversee budgets, and guide cross-team collaboration across multiple crews. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, profitability, and ongoing development of team members.

Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, color programs, procurement, job costing, and billing, with a focus on safety and quality. The position offers a company vehicle and a benefits package supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset with commitment to safety regulations
• Two years of supervisory experience managing production-level teams
• Experience in estimating enhancement-related work and developing proposals
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including timekeeping, reporting, and inventory tracking

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day enhancement operations across multiple teams (estimating, scheduling, color programs, procurement, logistics, job costing, billing)
• Provide leadership to Enhancement Field Managers and crews and communicate policies and objectives
• Monitor job costs and performance to ensure budgets and profitability
• Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and site visits
• Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and developing proposals
• Maintain documentation: sales tracking, job packages, POs, invoicing approvals
• Support branch facilities, fleet, and equipment to meet safety and standards
