Job summary

Environmental Designs in Centennial, CO is seeking a Landscape Crew Lead to direct on-site crews and execute approved schedules and standards. You will supervise a crew of 2–6, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks such as sod, planting, drainage, and minor irrigation repairs, and coordinate with the Area Manager.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of commercial landscape experience, a valid driver's license, pesticide license or ability to obtain, and bilingual English/Spanish is

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial landscape experience.
• Valid driver license strongly preferred.
• Pesticide license issued by the state or ability to obtain within one year.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct a crew of 2–6 on-site, following schedules and standards.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and complete tasks on time.
• Train and evaluate crew members and coordinate with the Area Manager.
• Perform sod, planting, drainage, and minor irrigation work as needed.
• Ensure high quality of work and customer service.
