Job summary

Environmental Designs is seeking an experienced crew lead in Colorado to direct on-site activities, maintain schedule adherence, and ensure high-quality landscape services. The role supervises a two-to-six person crew and requires strong leadership and safety practices.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial landscape experience, a valid driver license, and a pesticide license or ability to obtain within one year; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred though not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required.
• Valid driver license strongly preferred.
• Pesticide license or ability to obtain within one year.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to high quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew activities on job sites per established schedules and standards.
• Supervise a crew of two to six and assign daily tasks.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including sod, plant, mulch, drainage work.
• Ensure safe operation and loading/unloading of equipment.
• Train and mentor crew members and communicate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain positive work relationships and adhere to company policies.
