Job summary

BrightView in Colorado Springs is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide our landscape installation and maintenance teams. You will supervise a 2+ person crew, ensure client standards, conduct site inspections, and provide hands-on leadership with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 2+ years in landscape install, at least 1 year of managing a crew, and experience in lawn care. CDL and ability to read architectural drawings are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 Years plus of landscape install experience
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and client standards are attained
• Conducting site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.
