Job summary

Peak Landscape, Inc. is seeking an Enhancement Foreman to oversee landscape enhancement projects for commercial properties.

You will lead a team of technicians, plan projects, assess sites, and ensure high-quality installations while managing irrigation systems and staying on budget. Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and hardscape installation is required, along with excellent communication and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape management and enhancement projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team.
• Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and hardscape installation techniques.
• Effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and schedules for landscape enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Lead a team of landscape technicians and laborers in project execution.
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate landscape conditions and identify improvements.
• Oversee planting and hardscape installation per design specifications.
• Manage irrigation system installation and maintenance for plant health.
• Monitor expenses and resources to stay within budget.
