Job summary

Environmental Designs in Kentucky seeks a Landscape Crew Lead to direct a small crew, ensuring quality service in line with established schedules and procedures. The role reports to the Ancillary Manager or Production Manager and emphasizes safety, timely task completion, and strong customer service.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years in commercial landscapes, with a preferred driver license and pesticide license (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience.
• Valid driver license strongly preferred.
• Pesticide License issued by the state or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement site specifications.
• Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks (sod, plants, drainage, debris removal).
• Safely operate landscape equipment (ditches, mowers, power tools, etc.).
• Report equipment in need of repair and assist with training of crews.
