Santa Rita Landscaping in Tucson, AZ is seeking motivated individuals to join our installation team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties.

You will work with a crew following project plans, read blueprints, operate basic landscape tools, and help keep job sites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust).
• Able to read blueprints and follow project plans.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape upgrades for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites.
• Follow project plans and instructions from crew leader.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
