Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Tucson seeks a full-time Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead field crews and supervise landscape maintenance tasks. The role focuses on delivering high-quality results while upholding our service standards and safety culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory landscape experience, strong irrigation knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Arizona driver’s license and ability to be insured are required.

Qualifications

• Three years landscape maintenance experience at supervisor level.
• Experience with irrigation types, controllers, timers and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety laws and ability to conduct safety meetings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to be insured under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field production crews and supervise landscape maintenance activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Santa Rita Way.
• Work closely with Department and Operations Managers.
• Develop, coach and build field personnel; resolve crew problems.
• Maintain safety and quality while coordinating with stakeholders.
