Santa Rita Landscaping in Arizona is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, and clean‑up tasks to keep properties looking their best. You will work outdoors, operate basic equipment, and follow safety guidelines with your crew.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
• Work safely around vehicles, equipment, and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
