Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You’ll work outdoors in all weather with routine equipment and support from a Crew Leader.

Training is provided for those new to landscaping, with emphasis on safety and reliability. You should be able to lift 50+ lbs, work long hours, and be comfortable in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
