Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our outdoor team. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup to keep properties looking their best.

The role involves working in all weather, handling basic equipment, and contributing to a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities include operating mowing and trimming tools, pruning trees and shrubs, and supporting the crew Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE provided.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from the Crew Leader.

What You’ll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping a plus, but not required (we provide training)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset

Work Hours

• Typical Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. Work hours may vary depending on the season and operational needs.
• Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season
