Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks. You will work outdoors, handle professional equipment, and contribute to a safe, productive team environment.

Role requires physical endurance, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and the flexibility to work in varying weather. Training is provided, with potential for growth within the company and year‑round work in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE provided.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from Crew Leader.
