True Design Landscape in Graham, WA is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Member to join their hardworking team! Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed by crew leader
• Apply mulch, rock, and other landscape materials to job sites
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members throughout the workday

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site or company yard
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow directions and take instruction from crew leader
• Valid driver's license a plus
