Green Garden Landscaping is hiring Mow Crew Members to join our growing team this season. You'll be part of a crew servicing up to 25 accounts per day across the Seattle area. The work is fast-paced, physical, and rewarding. If you like being outside, staying active, and finishing each day knowing you put in real work with a solid crew, this is the job. No two days look exactly the same, and we invest in people who want to grow with Green Garden.

What you'll do

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties
• Follow the lead's direction and help keep the crew on schedule
• Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean, organized trailer
• Deliver consistent, clean results at every property

What we're looking for

• Strong work ethic — you show up on time and keep moving
• Strong sense of urgency
• Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors all day
• Landscaping experience preferred but we'll train the right person
• Reliable transportation to our shop
