Green Garden Landscaping is hiring a skilled, hands-on landscaping pro to support residential and commercial projects in the Seattle area. You will perform pruning, installs, renovations, plantings, cleanups, and related enhancement work with a dedication to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years hands-on landscaping experience with pruning, installs, and cleanups.
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant materials, turf, and seasonal maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor work in all weather.
• Strong independent judgment to assess sites and act without hand-holding.
• Team-first attitude with ownership of outcomes (quality, safety, client experience).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute a wide variety of enhancement work to scope — pruning, mulch installs, sod renovations, planting projects, cleanups, power washing.
• Maintain a professional, client-ready presence on every site—represent GGL from arrival to departure.
• Operate and drive company trucks and trailers between job sites.
• Communicate proactively with management on job progress, site conditions, client concerns, and equipment/material needs.
• Keep tools and equipment organized, tracked, and maintained—report issues promptly.
• Track materials and debris accurately on every job to support estimating and profitability.

Green Garden Landscaping is a growing, established residential and commercial landscaping and construction company serving the greater Seattle area — across maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, and design-build. We're looking for a skilled hands-on pro who takes pride in doing the work right, and wants to grow with a company building real systems and standards in this industry.

What You'll Do

• Independently execute a wide variety of enhancement work to scope — including rejuvenation and dormancy pruning, mulch installs, sod and lawn renovations, gravel work, planting projects, one-time cleanups, and power washing
• Maintain a professional, client-ready presence on every site — you represent GGL the moment you pull in the driveway
• Operate and drive company trucks and trailers safely and responsibly between job sites
• Communicate proactively with management on job progress, site conditions, client concerns, and equipment or material needs
• Keep tools and equipment organized, tracked, and maintained — report issues as soon as they happen, not after they become a bigger problem
• Track materials and debris accurately on every job to support better estimating and profitability company-wide

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience, including advanced pruning practices, installs, renovations, plantings and clean up work
• Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather
• Strong judgment and independence — able to assess a site, make the right call, and execute without hand-holding
• Team-first attitude paired with real ownership of outcomes — quality, safety, and client experience
• Ability to run heavy equipment and machinery
