Tru Terras Landscaping LLC in Snohomish, WA is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction & Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team. You will transform outdoor spaces with craftsmanship and hands-on construction work.

You will lead hardscape installations, grading, and site prep while collaborating with project leads to ensure quality results. Comfort with lifting, operating equipment, and working outdoors is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape construction or hardscaping.
• Proficiency with pavers, block, stone, and concrete.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred; ability to tow trailers a plus.
• OSHA or safety certifications a plus but not required.

• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation for projects.
• Lay pavers, natural stone, concrete, and other materials with precision.
