The Budd Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our outdoor maintenance team. You will operate mowing and edging equipment, mulch and plant shrubs, and help keep client grounds clean and vibrant.

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay: $17.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work outdoors to keep our client grounds looking sharp, clean, and vibrant. Your primary duties will include:

• Operating landscaping equipment for mowing, weed eating, and edging.

• Performing mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs or flowers.

• Maintaining clean, safe job sites and completing additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or groundskeeping experience.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and work comfortably outdoors in varied weather conditions.
