Job summary

Enviroscapes in Norton, OH is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

You will lead planting, mulching, pruning, and maintenance, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with customers and project managers to meet deadlines while fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous landscaping or related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape practices.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects.
• Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Landscape Crew Leader Wage Range: $21.00–$23.00/hour

What You’ll Do
