Elevation Outdoors is hiring for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to work with an experienced team on commercial properties. You will perform mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning and planting, while keeping sites safe and organized.

We value a dependable, trainable candidate with a strong work ethic and teamwork. This role may involve early start times and outdoor conditions, with opportunities for career growth in a veteran-owned company.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers).
• Reliable, punctual, able to follow directions and learn quickly.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Reliable transportation to shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and tool maintenance.
• Follow directions from Production Manager or Account Manager to support branch efficiency.
• Occasionally assist with landscape enhancement or construction projects.

Position Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to keep commercial properties looking their best. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times
• Assisting with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools
• Following instructions from Production Manager and or Account Manager and supporting the branch overall efficiency
• Occasionally helping on enhancement or landscape construction projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in landscaping is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual,able to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Reliable transportation to our shop
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day.
• Reporting times can begin as early as 6:00 am.
• Additional hourly pay with a Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

This role is physically active and outdoors. Expect regular walking, bending, lifting, and use of landscaping tools and equipment throughout the workday.
