Enviroscapes in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to guide a team and deliver quality landscape projects.

You will lead planting, mulching, pruning, and irrigation tasks, train crew members, coordinate with clients and managers, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in landscaping or related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
