Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• 2+ years leading a crew.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll work alongside your crew while ensuring every property meets our high standards.
