Job summary

Enviroscapes in Norton, Ohio is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking outdoor crew while creating and maintaining beautiful spaces. You’ll lead planting, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance projects, and coordinate with customers and project managers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape practices.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects.
• Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Ready to lead a team, work outdoors, and take pride in what you create? Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced, motivated Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking team while creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Landscape Crew Leader Wage Range: $21.00–$23.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew in planting, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance
