Enviroscapes in Canton, OH is hiring Landscaping Crew Members to turn a passion for the outdoors into a rewarding career. We’re looking for dependable, energetic team members who are ready to get their hands dirty, work with a great crew, and help create beautiful outdoor spaces.

Starting pay is $18.10 per hour. You’ll mow lawns, trim borders, prune shrubs, plant beds, mulch, weed, and operate landscaping equipment while delivering friendly, professional service and working safely as part of a

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable team player with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim, and edge borders.
• Prune shrubs and low trees.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Mulch, weed, and maintain gardens.
• Remove leaves, trash, and other debris.

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate insnow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
