This year-round role includes seasonal snow support and overtime eligibility, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team. You will lead 2–3 crew members, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate landscape trucks and tools, ensure safety and timely completion, and handle daily paperwork and materials tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.
