Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking sharp through mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks.

You will work outdoors in all weather, operate professional equipment, and take pride in completing jobs right. As part of a crew, you will follow daily directions from your Crew Leader, handle equipment safely, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus; training provided.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
