Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is hiring a Landscape Crew Member in Apache Junction, AZ to keep properties in top condition through mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You will work outdoors in all weather, operate standard equipment, and join a safety-conscious, team-focused crew.

You'll perform mowing, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, and material handling under the direction of your Crew Leader. No prior landscaping experience is required—training is provided, with emphasis on reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided
• Must lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)
