Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member in Phoenix, AZ to maintain and beautify commercial properties. You will work outdoors performing mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup as part of a crew under daily direction, with training provided and safety gear supplied.

The role requires physical fitness to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying weather, and operate standard lawn equipment. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) after a year, PTO, and uniforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in landscaping a plus (we provide training).
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and commute to job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE provided.
• Work with a Crew Leader for daily direction.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
