Job summary

Cutting Edge Landscape is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance in Boise. This year-round role includes seasonal snow support.

You will lead 2–3 crew members on job sites, oversee tasks, operate landscape equipment, and ensure safety and timely completion. We offer competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility, health, dental, vision insurance, a 401K with company match, paid time off, and onboarding and advancement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Supervisory/crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season
