Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement in Tucson, AZ. This role provides hands-on leadership for landscape enhancement and maintenance for a 2+ person crew, focusing on soil, planting, watering, and insect control while ensuring client standards and efficiency.

You will inspect sites, guide the crew, and help manage schedules, vehicle operations, and safety training to maintain high-quality results in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervising a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good record.
• Able to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure that client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles; train crew on safety; manage schedules and reports.
