DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a hands-on Landscape Construction and Enhancement Crew Lead in Grand Rapids. You will oversee a 2–3 person crew, drive project completion from start to finish, and ensure installations meet our company standards.

The role requires leading by example, maintaining production pace, and coordinating with supervisors to keep crews productive and safe in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Execute landscape installations from start to finish.
• Read work orders, layouts, and basic plans.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality control.
