Job summary

Farmscape is hiring for a full-time landscape installer in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves assisting with landscape installation, soil prep, irrigation, and related construction tasks under the Install Foreman; expect site supervision, safety practices, and client interactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience in landscape construction, reliability, clear communication, and a valid driver’s license. The position is on-site with full-time benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of landscape construction experience.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow Farmscape's work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Help install landscape projects under the direction of the Install Foreman
• Complete landscape installation work, including planting, soil preparation, irrigation, and other construction tasks
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Take care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Follow instructions and company safety procedures
• Work well with the Foreman and other crew members
• Be friendly and professional with clients and co-workers
• Drive between job sites and supply vendors (valid driver’s license required)
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Foreman

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Compensation: $22 - $26/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Help install landscape projects under the direction of the Install Foreman

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Ability to perform manual work, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
