Job summary

Procare Landscape Management Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman (Hardscape) to lead field crews on patio installations, lighting, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and staying within project scope while delivering on-time results.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with the Operations Manager on budgeting and profitability, and communicate clearly the job scope and expectations to crews on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience 2 years as a Project Foreman or leadership role in Green industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with ability to manage teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations on time and within scope.
• Oversee installation of patios, lighting, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, etc.
• Track and manage project profitability with Operations Manager.
• Ensure work meets Procare safety and quality standards.
• Communicate job scope and expectations to the team and Operations Manager.
