Qualifications

• Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape installation crews on construction projects.
• Coordinate daily project activities and crew assignments.
• Operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, and related equipment.
• Install hardscapes, drainage systems, and landscape features.
• Read and execute project plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Communicate project updates with management.
