Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor / Crew Leader in Grand Rapids, MI to lead maintenance and installation crews, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional service. This hands-on role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to motivate crews while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Michigan Chauffeur's License or Chauffeur's Endorsement is required.
• Candidates without a Chauffeur's License must obtain one before start date at their own expense.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or Landscape Supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years of Snow removal and snow operations experience.
• Must pass a background check and DOT medical examination, including drug screening, after a conditional offer.
• Willingness to obtain Michigan MDARD Pesticide Licenses (Categories 3A, 3B, and 6) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily landscape operations at client sites.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor crew activities.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain schedules and service commitments.
• Coordinate work with the Operations Manager.
• Assist with training and development of crew members.
• Provide performance feedback to management.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Identify and communicate customer concerns or service issues.
