Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Landscape Construction Estimator who reviews plans and prepares bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects.

You will gather take-off data, prepare routine and detailed estimates, maintain supplier pricing, and present findings using standard estimation software, while upholding ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in landscaping or construction, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with Heavy Bid (HCSS), Procore, PlanGrid, or similar estimating software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off (OST).
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Education and Experience:

Physical Demands/Requirements:

• Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers

• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time

• Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

Work Environment:

• This role works in an indoor office work environment.

Compensation Pay Range:

65,000-75,000
