Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) in Orange Beach, AL is seeking a crew member to support landscape installation, irrigation and hardscape work as part of North America's fast-growing landscaping company.

You will follow supervisor layouts, operate hand and power tools safely, and help maintain site cleanliness while assisting with equipment maintenance. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or construction.
• High school degree or GED is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lb.
• Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage is a plus.
• The use of heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of landscape elements (plants, trees, sod, mulch, irrigation).
• Perform hardscape tasks: grading, setting pavers, walls, edging or stone.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, grading, and measuring layout areas.
• Load/unload and organize materials and tools on-site.
• Follow layout plans and instructions provided by supervisors or crew leaders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report repairs or safety concerns promptly.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
