Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is hiring for Crew Members to join North America's growing landscaping team. You will perform tasks from leveling earth to finishing concrete, and assist with form work and site preparation.

Must be able to work in varying weather, lift up to 50 lb, and travel as required. A valid driver license is a plus, and prior landscaping/construction exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or construction required (minimum 6 months).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lb.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crew using landscaping/construction experience.
• Coordinate with operators to align and move machinery.
• Level earth to grade, mix concrete, and finish surfaces.
• Erect scaffolding, shoring, and brace structures.
• Apply coatings and sealants to surfaces and joints.
• Demolish and dismantle as needed while maintaining safety.
