Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking hard-working individuals to join our MD Landscaping team as Landscape Construction Crew Members. You will support installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the Foreman and Project Manager.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on training across our nationwide network, with opportunities to learn and advance in a premier outdoor living company.

Qualifications

• Prior landscape construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety, or willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Job Summary

MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Aspire Software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred
